Polish sausage is considered one of the staple and delicious delicacies in Eastern Europe. Baked Sausage

One of the easiest ways of preparing and cooking the sausage is by baking. This recipe needs tasty and nutritious ingredients such as six potatoes, a package of Polish sausage and two cans green beans. To add variety to the dish, include two cans cream of mushroom soup and ¼ cup chopped onions in the ingredients.

Slice each sausage into several portions. Peel the potatoes and cut into four. Place all the ingredients except green beans and cream of mushroom soup in a baking pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the ingredients for five minutes to 10 minutes. Add the green beans and pour the cream of mushroom soup into the dish and return to oven. Cook the dish for 10 minutes to 20 minutes or until the potatoes were done. Serve immediately.

Sausage Hot Dish

The important ingredients in this recipe are six Polish sausages, a can of whole tomatoes and 1 ½ elbow macaroni. The other ingredients include ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon oregano, a tablespoon of sugar as well as ¼ crushed red pepper.

Place tomatoes in a saucepan over medium heat. Mash the tomatoes while cooking. Cook for two to three minutes. Remove the tomatoes and pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil in the saucepan. Add the sausages and cook for three minutes to five minutes. Remove from heat. Slice the sausages into small portions. Place the macaroni in a large saucepan with boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Mix the macaroni, sausages and tomatoes. Add the Italian seasoning, sugar and red pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.

Barbecue Polish Sausage

The key ingredients in this recipe include four Polish sausages and a cup of barbecue sauce. Aside from these, the recipe contains a cup of brown sugar as well as a cup of ginger ale. Slice the sausages into small portions. Place the sausages on top of a skillet. Heat the skillet on a stove. Cook the sausages for three minutes to five minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir continuously and wait until the sauce thickens. Serve while hot.
