Fat Food to Avoid

Probably the first demand emerging in many weight losers' mind is how to avoid fat. There are lots of foods which comprise fat, such as meat, butter, milk, snack etc. You can not avoid them all because only few foods do not comprise fat and secondly, your body needs fat. For weight losers, our advice is to eat less fat.

Here is a list of food which contains high fat. You should try to avoid eating them too much when you seek losing your weight.

Breakfast Pizza

Fried Foods
You can steam or boil food, but please do not fry it because you would put extra fat on yourself if you eat it. You can cook your food in broth rather than fat, and add spices or pepper for extra flavor. If you do not cook by yourself, please leave far away from fried foods like French fries, potato chips and so on.

Butter
Butter is high-fat food. Try to eat less butter whenever in your breakfast or lunch: put less butter on your bread or sandwich, or replace it with mayonnaise or mustard as much as possible.

Fat on the meat
Take off the hardened fat before you cook it. You can cut 70% of fat through this way. If you still like it, you can cut the fat into small pieces and cook them one by one. To lose weight, you have to resist the temptation of delicious sausage, bacon, gravies because they comprise high fat and calories.

Full Cream milk
In the old days, full cream milk is the only milk we can drink. Thanks for the latest technology which allows us to enjoy the taste of milk with less fat. As we need to drink milk every day, please buy low fat milk which contains less fat than the full cream one.

Cakes, donuts, cookies and Croissant
Cakes, donuts and cookies not only have high fat but also comprise high sugar as well. Croissant is the popular breakfast food for many people, but unfortunately it contains more fat than other bread.

Other food which comprise fat
Nuts, peanuts butter, cheese, ice cream, chocolate, pies, hot dogs, salami.

We all have some popular food which may not be healthy. You may feel very upset when your weight did not lose that much even you have avoided eating these popular high-fat food. Our advice is you can taste these food after you reach a weigh lose milestone, but please have moderation on it.
