Add 8 ounces of tempeh that has been cut into 1/2 inch cubes, along with 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid smoke. Cook the combination until all liquid has been absorbed, then flip the pieces of tempeh over and sprinkle with the remaining soy sauce and liquid smoke. Cook until the tempeh is crispy. Finally, heat three tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet, then add one diced onion and the potatoes to the hot oil. Cook almost 10 minutes before stirring in the tempeh, salt and pepper. Serve hot.

I eat vegetables in candida diet morning meal a lot of the time. It is whether steamed broccoli or kale. I also juice in the morning. I juice green and red leaf lettuces along with celery, ginger, dandelion greens, kale, garlic, radish, or anything the mix is for the day. I never add carrots or beets. I also make a nut-less granola with oats, puffed millet, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, puffed corn, and coconut. I stir it all up a few times with some olive oil and salt and cook it on a pizza pan for about 25 minutes on 275 degrees.

There is no presuppose why you can't add nuts. I just don't because my son's allergic to them. I also add the flax seeds afterwards. They don't get cooked, and we eat it dry instead without soy milk. I drink a lot of tea in the morning with Stevia to get a sweet fix.

I have been development tofu with a Tahini-cream sauce that is precisely good. Just stir fry the tofu. In a cut off cup, mix together about 4 Tablespoons of Tahini and sufficient water to make it a thick but watery sauce, stir it in with the tofu. You can add ginger. I added ginger and garlic today with fresh cilantro and sprinkled black sesame seeds on afterwards. It was so good!

You can eat meat, too. I commonly don't in the morning, though. I have more energy when I juice or eat vegetables for breakfast. I buy Turkey Jerky for those times when I just need some protein before I crash and eat a bunch of carbs, because although I totally steer clear of sugar, I will occasionally break down and binge on a holder of rice cakes or bag of potato chips, but eating some protein helps keep me and curb that craving. The Turkey Jerky I get is made by Shelton's.

There is a very nice brown rice cereal called Brown Rice Cream, made by Erewhon. It comes in a white box with orange lettering and a color photo of the cereal in a turquoise Fiestaware bowl. Cook it in water; it only takes a few minutes. Put on a sliver of butter and a few grains of sea salt, and it isn't bad at all. There also are quinoa and buckwheat cereals to cook for breakfast. Of course, if you are in stage one of the diet, stick to the brown rice. In later stages, the other grains can be added. They precisely are kind of nice, especially on a cool morning.

2 cups roasted pistachios

2 cups raw almonds

1 cup sesame seeds

½ cup grapeseed or canola oil

6 tablespoons agave nectar or honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 inch by 12 inch baking pan with parchment paper allowing the paper to stick up by a concentrate inches on two sides.

Place the almonds and sesame seeds on detach baking sheets. Toast the almonds and sesame seeds until warm, lightly browned and fragrant - about 10 minutes for the almonds and about 5 or 6 minutes for the sesame seeds. Watch carefully so they don't burn. Let cool slightly.

Place the pistachios in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and grind until they are coarsely chopped. Add the almonds, apricots, cherries and salt and process until the nuts and fruit come together in a sticky ball. Add the oil and agave honey and process until you have a thick cohesive dough. Add the sesame seeds and process in long pulses until they are blended into the dough.

Press the blend into the ready pan evenly and firmly. Refrigerate until cold and firm, about 1 hour. Pull out the parchment paper with the chilled blend out of the pan and cut into 12 squares.

Makes 12 - 3 inch by 3 inch bars.

I have a confession to make. My wife and I verily love morning meal pizza. Oops, I guess I just made that confession for the both of us. I'm sure she will not mind too much though, as she has been known to invite friends over in the morning to try the product of her morning meal pizza recipe - multiple times per week.

I have since adopted her recipe, made a few minor tweaks in ingredient portions, and I have her on record as saying this is the best version of her recipe she has ever tried. I am not sure about that, but I would be remiss if I did not share this with the rest of the world!

Breakfast Pizza

1) Open up 1 can of crescent rolls. You will want to fully flatten these rolls, so to make a nice base for your morning meal pizza.

2) Place these flattened crescent rolls in a Dutch oven. Any size oven will do, but we use our 12-inch Dutch oven. So, if you are in the company of replicating success, you may want to go with at 12-incher.

3) Spread these items evenly on the top of the crescent rolls: 1 lb. Of drained & browned sausage, 1 1/4 cups of icy (thawed) has browns, 3 tablespoons of red bell peppers (diced), 1 cup of sharp shredded cheese, and 1 sliced green onion.

4) In a detach bowl, go ahead and mix 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of black ground pepper. Once this concoction is fully mixed, pour it in even proportions over the top of your pizza.

5) Sprinkle Parmesan cheese at anything rate you choose.

6) Cover your Dutch oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until your eggs set in. Use 12-14 briquettes on the top, and 8-10 briquettes on the bottom.

Once you are finished, take your meal out of the oven and set it aside to cool for 5-10 minutes. Once you are finished, you can serve this to practically 8 people. Or, you will simply have a wholesome portion of leftovers, and those are always nice!

This is the excellent breakfast for anyone with a sweet tooth and the kids will love it. To make one serving, put a tortilla on a plate and top it with a sliced peach. Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the top and sprinkle some slivered almonds over that.

Heat the tortilla for half a microscopic in the microwave or until it is hot, and then serve it with yogurt or sour cream. If you like, you can use a nectarine instead of a peach. This is a sweet breakfast but a salutary one because of the fruit content. To make this as a dessert, switch the yogurt or sour cream for whipped cream.

I have since adopted her recipe, made a few minor tweaks in ingredient portions, and I have her on article as saying this is the best version of her method she has ever tried. I am not sure about that, but I would be remiss if I did not share this with the rest of the world!

1) Open up 1 can of crescent rolls. You will want to wholly flatten these rolls, so to make a nice base for your breakfast pizza.

2) Place these flattened crescent rolls in a Dutch oven. Any size oven will do, but we use our 12-inch Dutch oven. So, if you are in the company of replicating success, you may want to go with at 12-incher.

3) Spread these items evenly on the top of the crescent rolls: 1 lb. Of drained & browned sausage, 1 1/4 cups of frozen (thawed) has browns, 3 tablespoons of red bell peppers (diced), 1 cup of sharp shredded cheese, and 1 sliced green onion.

4) In a cut off bowl, go ahead and mix 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of black ground pepper. Once this concoction is wholly mixed, pour it in even proportions over the top of your pizza.
