For the Pizza Crust -
2 tablespoons instant yeast 1 1/2 cups warm water 4 cups cake flour Pinch each of oregano, basil, thyme, onions salt, chervil, garlic powder, and salt Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
For the Toppings -
1 onion, sliced thinly 3 oz mushrooms, sliced 6 oz sun dried tomatoes, chopped 4 oz Greek olives, pitted 13 oz feta cheese, crumbled 13 oz mozzarella, grated Olive oil, for frying How to make it:

Put the lamb in a glass bowl. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour them over the meat. Mix well, cover, and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Pour the warm water into a bowl, sprinkle the yeast on top, and leave it for 5 minutes. Add half the flour and all the seasonings. Stir until you have a smooth batter. Add other cup of the flour and stir until you have a dough ball.

Keep adding more flour, until you have a non-sticky dough. Knead it for 5 minutes, then cover it and leave it somewhere warm to rise. Punch it down, divide it in half, and roll each half into a 12 inch round. Leave it for 15 minutes to rise again.

Drain the lamb and fry it over high heat in the olive oil, until it is cooked. Take it out of the pan and let it cool.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and grease 2 pizza pans or baking sheets. Put the dough circles on the pizza pans, pressing it until it covers the pans or baking sheets.

Arrange the lamb on top of the pizza crust, then the mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Bake for about 17 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked and golden brown.

How to Make an Easy Waffle method

My family has been enjoying a method that originated from my great-grandmother. This method has been a favorite for breakfast for generations. It's a unmistakably quick method for waffles. Since I was the closest to my great-grandmother, my family permanently calls me for this recipe. It's a very straightforward recipe, that I have my children making. They love making this dish from scratch. My great-grandmother did not portion anything.

She said the ingredients and the amount were all in her head. She would just put what she belief was sufficient flour, milk, etc. Before she passed, I was able to frame out about how much she would use of each ingredient I taught my daughter this method when she was 8 years old. She was so eager to find out what the big deal was to the waffles. Well, I'm sharing what has been in our household for decades.

Breakfast Pizza

Great-Grandma's Waffles

- 2 cups sifted Flour
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1 stick of melted Butter (although you can use margarine, butter tastes better)
- 1 cup of Milk (may need to put a minute more in for consistency)
- 1 capful of Vanilla flavoring
- 2/3 capful of Lemon flavoring

Pre-heat your waffle iron. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the butter, then the milk and ultimately the flavorings. Open your waffle iron and spray cooking spray on the top and lowest of the grills. Pour about two scoops of batter into the waffle iron. Ensure you don't overfill, because the batter will expand. Cook your waffle according to your waffle iron's specification. The above batter makes about 3-4 Belgian waffles for my family.

breakfast Pizza method - Wake Up to the Deliciousness of breakfast Pizza in the Morning

I have a confession to make. My wife and I categorically love breakfast pizza. Oops, I guess I just made that confession for the both of us. I'm sure she will not mind too much though, as she has been known to ask friends over in the morning to try the goods of her breakfast pizza method - multiple times per week.

I have since adopted her recipe, made a few minor tweaks in ingredient portions, and I have her on article as saying this is the best version of her method she has ever tried. I am not sure about that, but I would be remiss if I did not share this with the rest of the world!

Breakfast Pizza

1) Open up 1 can of crescent rolls. You will want to wholly flatten these rolls, so to make a nice base for your breakfast pizza.

2) Place these flattened crescent rolls in a Dutch oven. Any size oven will do, but we use our 12-inch Dutch oven. So, if you are in the company of replicating success, you may want to go with at 12-incher.

3) Spread these items evenly on the top of the crescent rolls: 1 lb. Of drained & browned sausage, 1 1/4 cups of frozen (thawed) has browns, 3 tablespoons of red bell peppers (diced), 1 cup of sharp shredded cheese, and 1 sliced green onion.

4) In a cut off bowl, go ahead and mix 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of black ground pepper. Once this concoction is wholly mixed, pour it in even proportions over the top of your pizza.

5) Sprinkle Parmesan cheese at anyone rate you choose.

6) Cover your Dutch oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until your eggs set in. Use 12-14 briquettes on the top, and 8-10 briquettes on the bottom.

Once you are finished, take your meal out of the oven and set it aside to cool for 5-10 minutes. Once you are finished, you can serve this to approximately 8 people. Or, you will naturally have a healthy portion of leftovers, and those are always nice!
