You can make your wrap healthier by starting with a whole wheat tortilla and filling it with turkey or chicken, and veggies. This type of breakfast can be heated up in the microwave in just a petite or two and it will fill you up until lunchtime.

Like tortilla wraps, the collection of smoothies you can make are endless. A basic smoothie consists of milk or yogurt, fruit (your favorite variety), ice, and maybe some extras such as peanut butter or honey. You are only petite by your imagination. The smoothie is portable and healthy.

Who says that pizza is only for dinner? Pizza making does not have to be a big production. Start with an English muffin and spread a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on each half. Top with cheese and your favorite pizza toppings. Heat in the toaster oven until the cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!

Making pancakes and waffles can be time intelligent if you make the batter in the morning and have to wait for the waffle iron to heat up.
