What You Need
13 ounces pizza dough 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 Tablespoon olive oil 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 Tablespoons garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup white wine 1/4 cup chicken stock 2 Tablespoons lemon juice Kosher salt Black pepper 4 cubes butter, 1 ounce each How to Make It
Preheat oven to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out the pizza dough until it is 16 inches in diameter. Cover the crust with mozzarella cheese and bake it in a pizza pan for 5 minutes. Crust will be partially cooked.
In a medium skillet on high heat, warm the olive oil until it is very hot. Remove from heat, add the garlic, and shrimp. Toss. Add wine, chicken stock and lemon juice. Bring the liquids to a simmer.
