Black Beans

This food has to be my all-time favorite. The guess I say this is because they can be eaten with each and every meal. This frees you up to keep eating all the foods you already enjoy.

By adding black beans to your meal, you're adding useful protein and fiber, which makes it impossible to cram as many of the bad foods into your mouth at your meal. There plainly isn't room in your belly.

Another bonus is that black beans are incredibly cheap and take just five minutes to cook.

Low Calorie and Low Fat Yogurt

While you're at the store buying your black beans, you might as well pick up some of these yogurts. I personally eat 2 or 3 of these a day. Yogurts are fairly high in carbohydrates, but the protein contained in them helps to keep your blood sugar in check.

So, they are pretty close to being an ideal snack.

Eggs

Eggs are great anytime, but particularly at morning meal because your body categorically needs protein when you wake up.

If you categorically want to make a killer breakfast, add some black beans to your eggs. That is about as close as you're going to get to a perfect morning meal that will get you losing weight quickly and consistently.
