The Eat What You Want Diet

Yes this is the kind of diet that we all like, a diet where you can basically eat what you want. There are, of course, sure conditions which we need to bond to; after all we do not want to die of a heart attack. This diet is based on what is called tasteless sense and is a weight loss schedule that has worked wonders for me, my friends and family have commented that I now look like a fully distinct person, in a sure way.

For anything hypothesize I have always failed when previously attempting to lose weight. It must be said that the main hypothesize for this failure was down to me; my excuse is that I never no ifs ands or buts had any belief in the weight loss programs that I was on.

Breakfast Pizza

I am a someone who finds it very hard to diet as I no ifs ands or buts love food. My biggest frailness is the fact that I love foods that appear to have a high calorie count; this would consist of chocolate, pizza, crisps, pasties and chips. As for fruit, well I am sorry but I live in the Uk and the fruit here tastes disgusting. Fruit in Italy and Spain is, I must admit, very tasty but in England it is not the same.

My most recent and current diet seems to be a winner. This weight loss plan is based on the theory that you do not eat anything after 6pm but are able to eat anything you want to before this time. We all need to be sensible and having pizza and chips is without doubt going to be very negative for you for a number of reasons. We all need to use our tasteless sense and realise that we are no ifs ands or buts trying to lose weight here.

This is what I eat on a typical day; for morning meal I have weetabix with milk but no sugar. At around eleven am I have a cerial bar. At around 1pm I have a meat sandwich, 3pm a chicken ticka salad bowl. My last intake of food will be at 5pm where I will eat something like a chicken pasta meal. All of this is quite a large number of food and will be more than sufficient to get me through the rest of the evening.
