High Protein Diets For Women

There are many positive reasons that someone should participate in a high protein diet, especially for women.  First of all, you lose a lot of weight when you are on a low carb or high protein diet. Second, it is pretty simple to implement. You mainly eat meat and vegetables. Third, you get to eat many foods that are taboo on many other diets such as bacon or sausage. There are variations to the high protein diet.There is also the protein drink diet, where you drink a protein drink for 2 meals and eat one meal.  This also gives you pretty fast weight loss.
