Healthy diet program - It can be All in the Timing

 You start on your usual day with a croissant and a cup of coffee.  In mid-morning, you're a bit overwhelmed with job and so you eat a few potato chips.  At dine, you're starving once more so you eat a little slices of pizza and more potato chips.  By mid-afternoon, you're bored once more, so you choose to sneak in a chocolate bar.  Dinner means a multi-course meal of steak, potatoes by sour cream, a few pasta, and strawberry ice cream.  Exact ahead of a bed, you choose to sneak in another chocolate bar.
