A classic Italian recipe for pizza ingredients Storecupboard

When I asked my son what his favorite food, his immediate reaction was pizza, "made mothers." Indeed, that was the meal that I often used the order to "put together" If my children were friends unexpectedly us to dinner.

1 can chopped tomatoes

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons oregano

4 tablespoons olive oil(Extra virgin, if you do)

Assemble the pizza is about 20-25 minutes, including the preparation of the increase.


Preheat the oven to 220c, GM8

Prepare the dough for bread, as in all directions

Heat oil in a saucepan

Add chopped garlic and cook for a few seconds (not too long or you can love)

Add the chopped tomatoes, canned, preserved some of the liquid

Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes

If the stuffing in advance,still tastes better

Season

Grease a baking sheet with oil

Divide the prepared dough to the edge of the plateau

Pour the tomato for pasta, as the edges, as can be close

Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with remaining oil

Bake for 10-15 minutes

Serve hot!

If you like cheese or sausage can be added at first, but really is not necessary because the flavors are fresh and beautiful on their own.
