8 secrets of my easy 90-Book of Weight Loss Success

I only lost about 90 pounds of weight loss so far. My goal is to lose 100 pounds, and I'm about 10 pounds, that's my goal. The end is finally in sight!

Seventh Stay away from soda, food, even Coca-Cola.
