Do You Know the Two Best Ways to Lose Fat?

Every day we see big advertisements on the web and in magazines that claim to have discovered the a quick fix to weight loss. Most of these prove to be worthless in solving the problem of excess fat. However despite the many scams and claims, there are many useful fat burning diets that will do the trick. And some of these even allow you to lose the fat fast.

There are many types of diets that can affect the way you lose weight. Moderate dieting provides a healthy and easy way to drop the pounds over an extended period of time. Extreme dieting on the other hand can be dangerous to ones health if done wrong, however very useful if performed correctly.

Breakfast Pizza

First lets start with moderate dieting. Diets that only target a few specific foods are both easily followed and work over a longer duration. They are more lifestyle changes that easier to maintain and remain healthy. Anything from not drinking soda, cutting out the occasional candy bar, even making sure you eat a healthy breakfast can all add up over time.

The downfall of this style of weight loss is the duration. While it is easy to follow it can be hard for people to remain focused with reduced results and extended duration.

As mentioned above, eating breakfast is essential to weight loss. Setting your day up right will both allow you to have more energy and promote fat loss. The scientific theory behind this is not so scientific at all, just common sense. By creating a sugar spike ( or raising your blood sugar ) your energy will increase and you will also notice a decreased appetite, which prevents you from over eating the rest of the day. To achieve this raise in blood sugar, one must eat carbohydrates, preferably fibers. Something like a slice of whole grain bread and glass of low fat milk will help you achieve you fat loss goal.

Yawn...Now with that out of the way, lets get on to the good stuff shall we.

Extreme dieting is a fairly recent idea, and the perfection has only been of late. Of all the diets it is one of the hardest to follow as it involves the reduced intake of carbs and fat much like a crash diet. However the beauty of the extreme diet is the cheat days, which allow a person to re-feed their bodies after intense dieting.

The re-feed regulates the metabolism from dropping off and your body from going into starvation mode, providing a fast way to drop fat that does not decrease over time. In other words, with strategic cheat days the body will continue to lose weight at a rapid rate. So basically, you're using "bad" foods like pizza to increase metabolism, pretty cool huh?

There are several forms of this style of dieting. The most effective is the old method of ketosis. This style dieting is effective as it burns fat at a tremendous rate. To do this, you must put your body in a state of ketosis which accelerates metabolism. However, putting your body in this state requires you intake absolutely no carbohydrates of any kind for an extended period of time. This is almost impossible to keep up, as it's like a super intense version of the Atkins Diet.

Overall, all diets come with a change in lifestyle. You must work hard to lose the fat, but it isn't impossible. Moderate diets will allow you to lose weight over time, which can be exactly your speed. The one true solution lies in extreme dieting.

Extreme diets totally change what and how you eat for a period of time that is interrupted by strategic cheat days to regulate metabolism. If done right, they can burn the fat at a rapid rate, which is what we're all looking for right?

It's important to remember that no matter what way you look at it, losing the fat and achieving your goals is hard work. Just keep the end result in mind and soon you'll be shedding those pounds. Best of Luck!
