Be sure to eat morning meal consistently, so that your body gets in a routine and to keep your metabolism high.
Also, try not to eat heavy meals. You can tell if a meal is heavy, if you feel very tired after eating. This is never a good sign, and means you have eaten too much will and of the wrong foods.
The last tip I want to tell you is to stay away from high sugar drinks. You may feel that your body's metabolism increases, however, the high sugar article will as a matter of fact stump your metabolism as the high-sugar article can disrupt physical functions.
