Great Success Tip - Don't Do What The Pizza Man Did

I've got some bad news for you; you won't get the opportunity to read this incredible book entitled The Stevedore in the White Fedora. This novel, filled to the brim with stirring passages, was going to captivate your imagination and take you on a breathtaking adventure to some of the most infamous ports of the world. Replete with intrigue, passion, action, suspense, drama, and hot romance, this book was assuredly going to reach the top of the best-sellers list. And the ensuing movie based on that captivating story was going to rivet you to your seat to the point you would forget all about your popcorn and cola.

The only problem is ... the book has not been written yet. And it never will be. That's because Isaac Will, who had the whole splendid script in his head and who kept promising himself he was going to take time off to write it someday, died of a heart attack four days ago. Mr. I. Will's funeral will take place at 3:30 today, in Somerset Cemetery.

Those who knew him well selected for his tombstone a fitting poem by James Albery:

He slept beneath the moon,

He basked beneath the sun,

Lived a life of going-to-to soon,

And died with nothing done.

Most people think of cemeteries as sad places. I do too, but for a different reason. When I drive by one, I don't just see grass, trees, flowers, monuments, and mourners. I see unwritten books that were going to enthrall their readers and unfinished plays that would have enchanted their viewers. Never written goodbye letters. Never started paintings and sculptures. Never completed love songs that would have made your eyes mist over. It was Oliver Wendell Holmes who wrote, "Most people go to their graves with their songs still unsung."

Many people are saddened by the daily news of disappearing species that will never come back. But equally sad is the fact that each and every day, around the world and around the clock, thousands of ideas, projects, products, inventions, and solutions disappear forever when they are buried with the people who died without ever realizing their dream. I agree with what Stephen Sondheim said on this; "A dream is just a dream, if it's only in your head. If no one gets to see it, it's just as good as dead."

So I beg of you, if you have something inside you that you want to bring out into the world, start working on it now! Today. Action today, my friends. ACTION TODAY!

Follow the advice of Napoleon Hill; "Don't wait. The time will never be just right."

Please, don't wait, or your story might sound like this one ...

On Wednesday, December 3, 2003, I walked into Margarita Pizza to buy one of their award-winning traditional Italian pizzas (best in Montreal in 1999). I've been stopping there for the same reason every other week for the last 30-some years. But there was something different there that day. For the first time ever, Attilio, the owner, was not behind the counter.

A friendly woman informed me that she and her husband had just acquired the business a few days earlier. After owning the business for forty years, 76-year-old Attilio Janiello finally decided to sell it and enjoy the fruits of his labor. And from what I heard, the "fruit" was very large.

The deal was signed and money changed hands on the previous Friday at 4 PM. His friend told me that on the way home from the bank that afternoon, Attilio stopped at a travel agency to enquire about plane tickets for a trip to Italy he was planning to make in the coming months.

On Tuesday December 2nd, at about 8 AM, while having breakfast with his wife and reading his Corriere Italiano, Attilio died of a heart attack. He enjoyed the fruits of 40 years of labor for less than 100 hours ... And yet, I've heard since that visit that he was willing and ready to sell ...about 15 years earlier. He was ready, but he didn't go... Perhaps he was waiting for the time to be just right...He waited too long.

What is YOUR biggest wish, YOUR lifelong dream ... and what's keeping you from going after it? Are you waiting for "everything in your life to be right?" Waiting to have "all your ducks in a row?" It'll never happen. You're never going to "have it all together." That's like trying to eat once and for all.

Follow Robert J. Ringer's advice; "Action today! Develop the habit of living in the present. The best day really is today, so get started now, no matter what your problems are and no matter how long you've already procrastinated."

Here's the best recipe I know for getting rid of procrastination. It's two words: DOn't waIT!

So my friends, to use the words of Nike®'s marketing people, whatever it is that will make your life what it was intended to be, the reason for which you showed up on this planet, go ahead, just do it!

8 secrets of my easy 90-Book of Weight Loss Success

I only lost about 90 pounds of weight loss so far. My goal is to lose 100 pounds, and I'm about 10 pounds, that's my goal. The end is finally in sight!

It is not difficult to compare my weight loss over time that all attempts to lose weight I did before. What should I do differently this time than last? What works? What advice do I have for those who want to lose weight? This review explains exactly what I've learned so far, and because theseis working for me and no other attempts.

I take this list with a brief commentary on the preamble weight loss surgery. 17 months ago I had gastric band surgery. Yes, the surgery has helped me lose weight, but no, the operation is not necessarily a magic tool that my weight loss has helped. In fact, my doctor told me that most people, weight loss surgery has not been as successful! Why not? Why do some people change their habits are, or learn to eat "the band"ie, they have greedily, ice cream and milkshakes, which may be "eating" the light, but are stifled in calories. No, the transaction is not a magic panacea, but it helped.

Before weight loss should be easy. I can not stress enough, and I know you're probably sitting there looking at me like I was in my cradle. Seriously though. I spend much less effort and energy to lose weight this time than last time I thought, this may in part on the weight loss surgery, but notcompletely. You see, before I lost in recent years, I've been counting calories, measuring food. I went out of their way to eat healthy. I practiced at least an hour a day, six days a week. I worked hard to find the perfect combination of weight training vs. cardio. I paid for a personal trainer. I paid for Weight Watchers. I am obsessed with scale. I tried Atkins, South Beach, Zone, Master Cleanser, and a zillion other schemes. And you know what? These systems are difficult because they forceThey live as equal to your normal lifestyle. Diets are hard work. I repeat: weight loss should be simple. If you spend several hours a day actively "work to lose weight, then you need to step back and reassess how to make your weight loss. This time, I drive a good meal try to make decisions, but I do not always go well. (In the past, I would be diligent to 100% of my plans, but with zero success to scale.) Seeking a small operation, but I'm not always successful. The fact is, I'm just trying to live well and do what I can, but I'm not obsessed with the nuts and try to lose weight, and you should not. After all, we do not have work and family and the most important things to spend the best part of our time, right?

The second is 80% through diet and 20% 's year. When I started losing weight, but all I had to wear. I do not work. I will notin the gym. When I started this journey I had so much blood, sweat and tears in the gym with ZERO reward I flat-out got burned. So if this new journey started losing weight, I was not the full year. It did not matter. I am not a scientist, but a simple observation of mine: the more you lose weight, the more your weight loss for years. Instead of focusing on eating habits under control, collection of healthy food choices, frequent (morebelow). When you start to lose weight, then you naturally have more energy and brings performance factor because it fits into your life. As we inch closer to your goal weight, you should always be more. Exercise is essential for weight maintenance, but not so much the weight loss. Because I'm so close to my goal weight, I exercise 3-4 times a week maybe, but not panic if I miss a workout.

Third Eat small meals often and eat. I realized about 30 poundsMy journey to weight loss that I can not eat "meals" at all. Instead, I was grazing. Candy. All day. I want to nibble on this, and I nibbled on that. This is due entirely to the band, and without the gastric band, I never discovered this important aspect of weight loss. This is what my de-la-diet weight loss would be like trying before or skip breakfast or oatmeal. For lunch, I have a 6 inch sub from Subway, the taste of vinegar. ForThe dinner I had some steamed vegetables and grilled chicken. Period. The end. Dietary habits are apparently good, but I ate too much, and only two sessions. Her body apparently not the case. Today, I eat 5-6 times a day, but only 150-200 calories of food at a given meeting. I never eat a meal "is nothing. The beauty of eating small portions of food I eat whatever I want and I think that diversity is healthy for my body. I'm so obsesseddiet "food" and leave me to eat "real food" in these mini-meals. (I eat lots of soup these days, especially in restaurants, because it is the perfect serving size!)

Pay attention to your body fourth, not the USDA. Well, a little 'math now. If I only eat 150 calories per meal, six times a day ... ie, I eat .... 900 calories a day? What can I say? Are you crazy? No, I'm not! So in my effort to lose weight, I looked at how many calories to eat a typical woman,According to the USDA. Say, 2,000 to a woman sitting 19-30 years. BMR calculator tells me I should eat 1774 calories. Well, no wonder I lost weight! I try to be "fair" and tries to follow these guidelines mad, or rather hungry, eat, put calories possible.

Now, look. I do not say to eat only 900 calories a day. I do not think you should listen to USDA. Instead of listening to your body. Isincerely believe that every person their own calories they would like. For me, I think that my point of view of the weight has stabilized at around 1000-1100 calories. Lose about a pound or two a week, I need 800-900 calories a day goal. This is the point that works for me, but can not work for you. You have to experiment a bit 'to find out what your caloric set point, but the only way you can pay for it inside your body.

Avoid the fifth sugar, but notcompletely excluded. I usually eat what I want in these days, but there are some picky NIT-trends that I identified. I do not know if they really contribute to the loss or have been significant, not weight, but I think so. Because of my gastric band, I do carbohydrates. Are you stuck in my stomach and it is quite unpleasant. So I am avoiding bread, biscuits, pasta of all kinds, chips, rice and things like that. That means no pizza Boohoo! My favorite dish is always out of reach for me! On the other hand, I completely cut carbohydrates. My opinion is that if you eat carbohydrates, there are living plants: rice, potatoes, quinoa, etc. Stay away from things with synthetic products (bread, pasta joint) and have refined the process and see nothing, as an ingredient have main more.

Sixth eat real food. Stop feeding "fat" and "sugar" and "calorie" junk down. See, it's stuffGross and for good reason: it is not really a food. Enjoy real food, and yes, eating foods high in fat. I'm talking about real cheese. Lawyers. Almonds. Even in real ice delivered in rare cases, olive oil and butter. (You know that crisps and sweets are not "real food", so let's not go there.) Avoid foods that are processed and refined, and the search for food has real taste. Well, remember that I only eat 150 calories at each sitting,SO 150 calories of butter or cheese does not go very far. I could eat hummus with 1 tablespoon feta cheese with slices of tomato. Peanut butter or a slice of apple. Watch your portions carefully, but before eating right.

Seventh Stay away from soda, food, even Coca-Cola. Manufactured in fact, avoid anything with the man, sweeteners, aid effervescence of carbon dioxide (which is only to develop the stomach), corn syrup and sewage. Well, I have a beer maybe once a week, which I doubtshould not but I do not generally consume more soft drinks. I usually drink Diet Pepsi because it is unfashionable. No more!

Eighth Drink water, but not exactly. It 's a little trick that my surgeon told me that weight loss. An hour before dinner Chugh, a shit ton of water. So, while eating a meal or drink and an hour after eating something. The underlying theory is as follows: (a) water before meals fills, and (2) prevention of water during mealsmeans they are physically rinse food from the stomach. Why is food in the stomach (3) When the feeling of satiety for longer. It really works. Try again.
